OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CHERRY
HILLS SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS it is desirable that the City acquire a sanitary
sewer line owned by the Cherry Hills Sanitation District and
WHEREAS the City and said District have negotiated
concerning the acquisition of such line by the City and an
agreement has been prepared based upon such negotiations and
WHEREAS the City Manager and the City Attorney have
approved said agreement and in the opinion of the City Council
it is in the best interests of the City to authorize the same
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS that the terms and conditions of the agreement
with Cherry Hills Sanitation District for the acquisition by
the City of a sanitary sewer line be and the same hereby are
accepted and approved and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager and the City
Clerk be and they hereby are authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Fort
Collins
