WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fbrt Collins, Colorado,
held a duly authorized regular meeting on the 1st day of August, 1978, and
WHEEMAS, at said meeting a resolution was duly passed and adopted
indicating the Council's desire to receive additional citizen input to
the process of establishing electric rate foaos, and setting forth the
composition and •espons3bilities of such Conittee
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TAE CITY COUNCIL CF FORT CDId.W

continue in effect until July 1, 1979, from the date hereof,
