RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO APPROVING AN AMENDMENT
TO A CERTAIN LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE COLORADO
AND SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY
WHEREAS, heretofore, the City entered into an Agreement with
the Colorado and Southern Railway Company whereby the City leased
from the railroad company a tract of land to be used as a municipal
parking lot, and
WHEREAS, heretofore, the City, by resolution, agreed to pay
special assessments on account of downtown improvements made on the
property, and
WHEREAS, the parties to that Lease Agreement desire to modify
the provisions of that Agreement insofar as the rental rate is
concerned as set forth in the attached "Rent Rider," which by this
reference is incorporated herein
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS
That the terms and conditions set forth in the attached "Rent
Rider" be and the same hereby are accepted and approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Fort
Collins be authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and
on behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this 21st day of November, 1978
