OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPOINTING CITY COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES TO THE
NORTHERN DISTRICT ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, by Resolution No 81-38 the Council of the City of Fort
Collins authorized the Mayor to enter into an intergovernmental agreement
with the East Larimer County Water District and the Boxelder Sanitation
District for the coordination of water and sewer services and facilities in
the Fort Collins Urban Growth Area, and
WHEREAS, said intergovernmental agreement provided for the establish-
ment of an advisory board consisting of representatives of the ELCO Dis-
trict Board, the Boxelder District Board, the Fort Collins City Council ,
and the Fort Collins Water Board, and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary for the City Council to appoint two
Council members to the advisory board for two-year terms
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That the following named Councilmembers be, and they
hereby are, appointed as regular members to the Northern District Advisory
Committee with terms to expire as set forth after their names

Passed and adopted at an adjourned meeting of the Council of the City
of Fort Collins held this 14th day of Uri 1981
