OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, on April 21, 1981, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
passed on second reading Ordinance No 46, 1981, and
WHEREAS said Ordinance, in part, established a Downtown Development
Authority and vested said Authority with certain duties and powers, and
WHEREAS, there is a need to make appointments to said Authority
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, as follows
Section 1 That Councilmember John Knezovich is hereby appointed to
serve as a member of the Downtown Development Authority representing the
governing body, to serve at the pleasure of the City Council Further,
that Councilmember Gerry Horak be appointed to serve as an alternate member
of the Downtown Development Authority, to serve in the absence of the
regularly appointed Council representative and to serve at the pleasure of
the Council
Section 2 That the following named residents, business lessees or
owners of real property in the Downtown Development-District of the City of
Fort Collins, to wit

Development Authority, with terms to expire as set forth after their
names
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting f the Council of the City of
