OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has contracted to sponsor a tour of
the Teodoro Morca "Flamenco in Concert" performance, and
WHEREAS, while the City of Fort Collins will be the sponsor of the
tour and thus responsible for the ultimate payment, two performances have
also been scheduled for the City of Arvada, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the City of Arvada, Colorado by Intergovernmental Agreement,
will obligate itself to pay to the City of Fort Collins the sum of Tv,o
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500 00) for said performances, and
WHEREAS, in the considered opinion of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins, it is in the best interest of the City in the advancement of the
performing arts that this Intergovernmental Agreement be entered into
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed
to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Aravada,
Colorado, for the purpose of sharing the cost of sponsoring a tour of the
Teodoro Morca "Flamenco in Concert" performance, as herein stated
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Colins held this 2nd day of June , 1981
