OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE GOVERNING BOARD
OF THE FORT COLLINS/POUDRE VALLEY FIRE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the intergovernmental agreement between the City of Fort
Collins and the Poudre Valley Fire Protection District provided for the
establishment of a governing board to administer said Authority, said Board
being comprised of two City appointed members and one alternating member,
and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on said Board of Directors because of
the resignation of Burton C Kross as a regular member of said Board,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint a new member to said board to fill
the unexpired term of Burton C Kross
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named person be, and hereby is appointed as a
regular member of the governing board of the Fort Collins/Poudre Valley
Fire Authority with term to expire as indicated

Peggy Reeves December 31, 1982
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 7th day of July, A D 1981
