OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
THE URBAN MASS TRANSPORTATION GRANT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has received notification of grant
approval from the Urban Mass Transportation Administration for a grant
totaling $3,630,960 00, and
WHEREAS, said grant approval has been designated by the Urban Mass
Transportation Administration as Project No CO-03-0025, and contains an
obligation date of May 29, 1981 , and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that
it is in the best interest of the City that said grant agreement be exe-
cuted by the City Manager and witnessed by the City Clerk
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manage► be, and hereby is, authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of Fort Collins, the Urban Mass Transportation Admin-
istration Grant Agreement for Project No CO-03-0025, which execution shall
be witnessed and attested by the City Clerk
