OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE PLANNING
AND ZONING BOARD
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Planning and Zoning Board because of
the resignation of John Clarke, and
WHEREAS, Council desires to appoint the current alternate member, Alan
Apt, to fill the unexpired term of John Clarke and to appoint Timothy
Dow to fill the unexpired term of alternate member Alan Apt, and
WHEREAS, in the event of the resignation of regular member Alan Apt,
Council desires that Timothy Dow be appointed as a regular member of the
Planning and Zoning Board and that Donald Crews be appointed as an alter-
nate member replacing Timothy Dow, said appointments to be effective upon
the resignation of Alan Apt
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Alan Apt be, and hereby is, appointed as a regular member of
the Planning and Zoning Board, said term to expire July 1, 1984, and that
Timothy Dow be, and hereby is, appointed as an alternate member, said term
to expire July 1, 1982
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon the resignation of Alan Apt, Timothy
Dow shall be appointed to complete the unexpired term of regular member
Alan Apt, and that Donald Crews shall be appointed to complete the un-
expired term of alternate member Timothy Dow
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Fort Collins held this 18th day of August, A D 1981
