OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A CHANGE ORDER WITH FLATIRON PAVING COMPANY
TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL STREET REHABILITATION WORK
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has budgeted for street rehabili-
tation in 1982, $728 ,038 75 , said sum being consistent with the City
Engineer' s estimate for said project, and
WHEREAS, the contract for the project has been awarded to Flatiron
Paving Company, said company bidding $427,411 35, and
WHEREAS, the City now wishes to enlarge the scope of the project in
order to take advantage of the low prices quoted in the bid
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute a
change order with Flatiron Paving Company to provide additional street
rehabilitation work at the same unit prices quoted in the original bid for
an amount not to exceed $300,000 00
Passed and adopted at an adjourned meeting of the Council of the City
of Fort Collins held this 22nd day of June, 1982
