OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF UNIT 6
CORNER CHURCH CONDOMINIUMS
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins is the owner of Unit 6, Corner
Church Condominiums, according to the condominium map thereof recorded in
Book 2114 at Page 98 of the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Larimer
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Gary Dale Newcomb and Lori Ann Newcomb have made an offer to
purchase condominium unit 6 at a purchase price of $48,000, 5% of said
purchase price to be paid in cash or certified funds at the time of closing
with the balance to be financed for a period of thirty years and at a rate
of 5% per annum, said financed amount to be fully due and payable upon
any subsequent transfer of the property and said unit to be owner occupied
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the above described property is not used nor intended to be
used for municipal purposes, nor secured for the purpose of being used for
municipal purposes, and that it is in the best interest of the residents
of the City of Fort Collins that the same be sold to Gary Dale Newcomb
and Lori Ann Newcomb upon the terms and conditions as above stated and that
said conveyance be made in accordance with Chapter 26 of the Code of the
City of Fort Collins by execution by the Mayor of good and sufficient
Warranty Deed conveying said property to said Gary Dale Newcomb and Lori
Ann Newcomb
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins this 20th day of July, A D 1982
