OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING THE ADOPTED 1980 - 1984 TRANSIT
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964, as
amended, the City of Fort Collins adopted a comprehensive program for the
development and extension of mass transit programs, and
WHEREAS, in cooperation with other local units of government and the
Larimer-Weld Regional Council of Governments, the City created a Transpor-
tation Development Program for the period 1980 through 1984, and
WHEREAS , it was intended that this document serve as a planning
document and, as such, should be considered as being conceptual and subject
to amendment as conditions change, and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that certain revisions to the
Transit Development Program as it related to the expansion of the Transfort
system are necessary, desirable, and in the best interest of the City
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the amended Transit Development Program, 1980 - 1984, be, and
it hereby is, adopted
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
20th day of July, 1982
