OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE BOARD
OF AGRICULTURE AND THE ASSOCIATED STUDENTS OF
COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PROVIDING TRANSFORT SERVICES
WHEREAS, pursuant to prior contracts, the City has provided Transfort
services to the student body of Colorado State University through August
of 1982, and
WHEREAS , the City and the Associated Students of Colorado State
University have agreed to extend the effective date of the agreement dated
November 3, 1981, to January 20, 1983, and
WHEREAS, the agreement dated November 3, 1981, contains the following
major provisions
1) The Associated Students of Colorado State University shall pay the
City the sum of Two Dollars per semester for each full time,
fee paying student, for the term of the agreement
2) The City shall provide a specified level of publicity to inform
students of the availability of Transfort services
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an exten-
sion agreement with the State Board of Agriculture by and through the
executive branch for the purpose of providing Transfort services through
January 20, 1983
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins this 3rd day of August, 1982
