OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT WITH WORTHINGTON SERVICE CORPORATION
FOR THE REPAIR OF THE EMERGENCY GATE
AT JOE WRIGHT RESERVOIR
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins owns and operates Joe Wright Reser-
voir, and
WHEREAS, the emergency gate at Joe Wright Reservoir is in need of
repairs, and
WHEREAS, Worthington Service Corporation has submitted a proposal to
the City to repair the emergency gate at Joe Wright Reservoir for an amount
not to exceed $83,456 00, and
WHEREAS, It is the desire of the Council of the City of Fort Collins
to engage Worthington Service Corporation in the repair of the emergency
gate at Joe Wright Reservoir
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute a
contract with Worthington Service Corporation for the repair of the emer-
gency gate at Joe Wright Reservoir In consideration for the said repairs,
the City shall pay Worthington Service Corporation an amount not to
exceed $83,456 00
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
7th day of September, 1982
