OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ADOPTING REVISIONS TO THE MASTER STREET PLAN
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has approved and
established a Master Street Plan, which plan delineates transportation
corridors within the Urban Growth Area for functional classifications of
streets, and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that certain revisions to said
plan as it relates to the Near Northeast Street Network as adopted as the
standard guideline for development of the area bounded by Cache La Poudre
River, Colorado Highway 14 , Summit View Road and Willox Lane and the
alignment adopted to be used in extending Lemay Avenue are necessary,
desirable and in the best interest of the City
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the revisions to the Master Street Plan as shown on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto, be, and the same hereby are, adopted and incorporated
into the Master Street Plan of the City
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
7th day of September, 1982
