CONCERNING THE LEASING OF THE ACKERMAN P
IN THE LAPORTE PARKING LOT
WHEREAS, the City has constructed the LaPorte ovide
parking in the Downtown area, and
WHEREAS, the City leases parking stalls in the Lot,
and
WHEREAS, Trulie Ackerman is the owner of parcel of real property
in the LaPorte Parking Lot, and
WHEREAS, in the past, Trulie Ackerman a the City have not been able
to agree to terms for the purchase of the Ac erman property, and
WHEREAS, Trulie Ackerman has fenced ff her property in the middle of
the LaPorte Parking Lot, and
WHEREAS, Trulie Ackerman' s acts n has caused significant problems in
the leasing of parking stalls an traffic circulation in the LaPorte
Parking Lot
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES LVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager e, and hereby is, authorized to enter into
an agreement with Trulie Ac erman for a one year lease of the Ackerman
property in the LaPortel
ing Lot for two thousand six hundred dollars
($2,600 00)
