HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-136-10/05/1982-ESTABLISHING AND REVISING FEES TO BE CHARGED AT MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSES RESOLUTION 82- 136 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS ESTABLISHING AND REVISING FEES TO BE CHARGED AT MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the following fees and charges schedule shall be in effect for all municipally owned and operated golf courses, effective January 1 , 1983 CITY OF FORT COLLINS PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT GOLF DIVISION 1983 FEES AND CHARGES SCHEDULE DAILY GREEN FEES (Both Courses) 9-holes - Weekdays, weekends and holidays $5 00 18-holes - Weekdays, weekends and holidays $8 00 Non-Resident Fee A fee of $1 00 for each 9-holes of golf for those users not having a Fort Collins address is added to daily Green Fees, with 5U of each non-resident fee dollar charged to be placed into the Surcharge Reserve Account ANNUAL PASSES (One pass/both courses) Single Adult $250 00 Junior (under age 18) $125 00 Student (under age 24) $190 00 Senior Citizen (age 62 and over) $190 00 Fani ly Rates lst Adult/Husband $250 00 2nd Adult/Wife $190 00 1st Child (under age 18) $125 00 2nd Child or more (under age 18) $ 65 00 Maximum Family Charge $630 00 NOTES 1 ) All Annual Passes to be paid by March 1st of each year, with the 1983 Annual Pass good until March 1, 1984 2 ) 10% of each Annual Pass rate paid will be placed into the Surcharge Reserve Account 3 ) "Half-season" Annual Passes shall be available for sale, to be effective on August 15th, at 112 the cost of the regular annual rate 4 ) Annual Passes are limited to those users having a Fort Collins address only, except those non-resi- dents continuing to hold a pass which was ori- ginally purchased prior to March 4, 1981 , when this policy was established by City Council In the event that the non-resident allows their pass to lapse, all rights of renewal of said non-residents shall be deemed waived 5 ) Administrative Golf staff is hereby authorized to reduce the cost of any Annual Pass up to 50%, for special circumstances, such as proven low income, etc , if such action is warranted SUPCHARGE RESERVE ACCOUNT A Surcharge Fee, which was originally adopted by City Council in 1979 , has been established on all Annual Passes and Daily Green Fee Charges, and is already included within the various rate structures A Green Fee charge of 50¢ for 9-holes and 754 for 18-holes, as well as 5U of each non-resident green fee dollar, and 10% of each Annual Pass rate, is applied to the Special Surcharge Reserve Account GOLF CART FEES City-Owned Golf Carts 9-holes - - - - - - - - - - - $ 7 00 18-holes - - - - - - - - - - - $12 00 * 9-holes (Senior Citizen)- - - $ 5 00 *18-holes (Senior Citizen)- - - $10 00 *Senior Citizens, aqe 62 and over, receive this discount rate during special non-peak hours only, as posted Privately-owned Golf Carts Used, not stored (both courses) $125 00 annually or $ 6 00 daily STORAGE FEES Lockers - City Park Nine - - - - $ 15 00 Lockers - Collindale - - - - - - $ 20 00 Clubs - City Park Nine - - - - - $ 10 00 Clubs - Collindale - - - - - - - $ 15 00 **Private Golf Carts - - - - - - - $200 00 (City Park Nine Only) **Private golf cart storage at City Park Nine shall be phased-out, and the City will no longer store these private golf carts after January 1 , 1984 -2- i CLUBHOUSE RENTALS Standard Clubhouse Rental Fee - - - - $30 00 Chairs only - - - - - - - - - - - - - $10 00 Tables only - - - - - - - - - - - - - $10 00 A $10 00 service deposit fee will be required for all those using the City Park Nine kitchen, and will not be returned, if the kitchen is not thoroughly cleaned All Fees and Charges to take effect January 1, 1983, and those people purchasing these 1983 services during this year shall pay the 1983 rates Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins held this 5th day of October , 1982 Mayor C_X ATTEST C i ty C 1 er -3-
