OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING THE RATES FOR A
LIBRARY BORROWER FEE FOR NON-CITY RESIDENTS
WHEREAS, there should be equitable distribution of Library operation
costs to City and County users, and
WHEREAS, an equitable distribution is accomplished by establishing a
Library borrower fee for non-City residents, and
WHEREAS, all persons who are not legal residents of the City of Fort
Collins shall be required to pay an annual fee which shall entitle the
person by whom the fee is paid to the use of the Fort Collins Library
during the year for which the fee is paid
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following fee schedule shall be in effect for non-City
resident borrowers of the City Library, effective January 1 , 1983
ANNUAL FEE
Children under age 17 $ 5
Adults aged 65 and above 5
Single adults aged 17-64 13
Family 20
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 5th day of October, A D 1982
