OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY TO
SERVE AS A MEMBER OF THE SIX CITIES COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Six Cities Committee was created as a communication means
between the Windy Gap Project Managers and the participants, and
WHEREAS, the Windy Gap Project and the associated Azure Project have a
potential impact on the Platte River Power Authority, and
WHEREAS, the City' s Light and Power Director serves as the City' s
appointed representative to the Platte River Power Authority Board of
Directors
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Bill Carnahan, Light and Power Director, is hereby designated
to serve as a representative of the City on the Six Cities Committee
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
1st day of November, A D 1983
