OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WAIVING THE OFF-SITE STREET IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENT
FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE COVE PUD WITHIN THE UGA
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins and Larimer County Intergovernmental
Agreement has incorporated a waiver process which sets forth minimum waiver
conditions for off-site street improvements, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested a waiver to the off-site improve-
ments that would be required as part of the development of the Cove PUD,
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has met the minimum conditions as set forth in
the Intergovermental Agreement for waiver, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has agreed to pay the per unit fee in lieu of
the actual street improvements
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the off-site street improvement requirement for development of
the Cove PUD within the Urban Growth Agreement is hereby waived on condi-
tion that the per unit fee is required
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of November, 1983
