OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE GOVERNING BOARD
OF THE FORT COLLINS POUDRE FIRE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the intergovernmental agreement between the City of Fort
Collins and the Poudre Valley Fire Protection District provides for the
establishment of a governing board to administer said Authority, said Board
being comprised of two City appointed members and two members appointed by
the Poudre Valley Fire Protection District, and a fifth member selected by
the four appointees of the City and the District, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on said Board of Directors because of
the expiration of the term of appointment of William Elliott, and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to re-appoint William Elliott for an
additional term on said board
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named person be, and hereby is, appointed as a
regular member of the governing board of the Fort Collins/Poudre Fire
Authority with a term to expire as indicated
NAME TERM EXPIRES
William Elliott December 31, 1984
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 6th day of December, A 0 1983
