RESOLUTION 83- 52
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A PARKIWG LOT BY
THE FORT COLLINS DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority has entered
into an agreement with the County of La n mer Colorado, to purchase a
parking lot located in the 100 block of South Mason, and
WHEREAS, the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority plan of
development heretofore approved by Resolution 81-129 by the Council of the
City of Fort Collins provides that the establishment of public parking lots
in the Downtown Development Authority is a goal and objective of the Fort
Collins Downtown Development Authority which will benefit and promote the
health, safety, prosperity, security and general welfare of the District,
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins desires that the Fort
Collins Downtown Development Authority purchase said parking lot
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that a purchase of the parking lot located in the 100 block of
South Mason by the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority is hereby
approved
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
15th day of March, A D 1983
