OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO A LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH L & W PARTNERSHIP FOR OFFICE SPACE
WHEREAS, the City desires to continue its lease of office space in the
old Fire Station located at 232 Walnut Street, Fort Collins, Colorado, for
purposes of maintaining the Grants Administration Office and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins does hereby determine
that it is in the best interest of the City that said offices be leased
from L & W Partnership for a term of seventeen (17) months for the sum of
One Thousand One Hundred and Thirty Dollars (E1,130 00) per month and upon
such other terms and conditions as can be mutually agreed upon and are in
the best interests of the citizens of the City of Fort Collins
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be and he hereby is, authorized and directed
to execute a lease agreement on behalf of the City of Fort Collins with L &
W Partnership for the leasing of space in the old Fire Station located
at 232 Walnut Street, Fort Collins, Colorado, for a term of seventeen (17)
months and at the rate of One Thousand One Hundred and Thirty Dollars
(E1 ,130 00) per month, and upon such other terms and conditions as are in
the best interests of the City
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
5th day of April , A D 1983
