OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN
INTER-GOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH
THE CITY OF LOVELAND TO CONTRACT WITH
RESOURCE CONSULTANTS, INC FOR THE PROVISION
OF FINAL DESIGN WORK AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
OF THE APRON EXPANSION AND EXISTING TAXIWAY
AT THE FORT COLLINS-LOVELAND AIRPORT
WHEREAS, on February 11 , 1983, the FAA awarded a grant in the amount
of Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($235,000 00) to the Fort
Collins-Loveland Airport for the design and construction of an apron
expansion and taxiway, and
WHEREAS, the Purchasing division of the City of Fort Collins requested
proposals pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 2, Article XV of the City
Code and
WHEREAS, several professional firms submitted proposals to the Airport
Ad Hoc Committee through the City subsequent to said request, and
WHEREAS, upon review of the proposals received from said firms, the
Airport Ad Hoc Committee has recommended the selection of Resource Consul-
tants, Inc for provision of the design and construction of said apron
expansion and taxiway
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter into an
intergovernmental agreement on behalf of the City of Fort Collins with the
City of Loveland, to contract with Resource Consultants, Inc for the
provision of final design work and construction management of the apron
expansion and existing taxiway at the Fort Collins-Loveland Airport
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Fort Collins held this 5th day of April , 1983
