OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
COMMENDING MR AND MRS WILLIAM J SUITTS
FOR THEIR SUPPORT AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE
TRAILS PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins requested that Mr and Mrs Suitts
provide approximately 8 acres of right-of-way for the trails program,
and
WHEREAS, the Suitts responded by delivering to the City a lease for
27 62 acres of land for this purpose, and
WHEREAS, after the Timberline right-of-way change is completed, Mr
and Mrs Suitts will have provided an additional 5 92 acres Tor a street
and utility right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins wishes to call
attention to Mr and Mrs Suitts' generous support of the Fort Collins
Trails Program
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City of Fort Collins, by and through its City Council ,
commends Mr and Mrs William J Suitts for their support and contribu-
tions to the Fort Collins Trails Program
Passed and adopted at a regular m tang of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 20th day of Janu ry_, 1981
