OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS
TERMINATING ALLEY SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO 11
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of October, 1980, pursuant to Resolution No
80-127, the City Council directed the Director of Public Works to prepare
the plans, specifications, ownership map, and engineer's estimates for
Consolidated Alley Sidewalk Improvement District No 11, and
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of November, 1980, pursuant to Resolution No
f 80-149, the City Council approved said plans, specifications, ownership
map, and engineer's estimate as prepared for Consolidated Alley Sidewalk
Improvement District No 11, and
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of January, 1981, Ordinance No 9, 1981 or the
Council of the City of Fort Collins being an ordinance establisning Alley
Sidewalk Improvement District No 11 came on for public hearing, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
determined that it was not for the public interest that the proposed
improvements be made and paid for
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that all proceedings for the improvements jutlined in Alley Side-
walk Improvement District No 11 shall cease an,. ghat said improvement
district be, and it hereby is, terminated
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
20th day of January, A D 1981
