IN THE CM
WHERMS, the City of Fort Collins desires to acquire the property here-
inafter described in order to install thereon improvements needed far a public
road and
VMMAS, the City has attempted to negotiate with the owner of said prop-
erty for the acquisition tzffi of the same but has beep unsuccessful in such ^ego-

Sections 1 The City Oouncal hereby finds and determines that it is nec-
essary that the City of Fbrt Collins acquire the following described property
situate in the City of Fort Collins, County of Tar'"war, State of Colorado,
to-wit
A right of way and easement for drainage purposes, including the
installation of drainage pipelines and the creation of a drainage
flannel over and across a parcel of land r' Lbed as follows
A tract of land situate in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15,
T 7 N, R 6 9 W, of the 6th P M., City of Fort Collins, County of canner,
State of Colorado each, considering the West line of said Northeast
1/4 as bearing N 0 32' 00" W, and with all bearing$ contained herein
relative thereto, begins at a point vk c3h bears S 0 32' 00" E, `
1745 88 feet, and again East 30 00 feet from the Northwest corner
of said Section 15, thence East 150 00 feet

sidewalk irprovemmits consisting of an earth embankment sloping
from the sidewalk to be installed on the existing street right of
way ad3oan,n; the same property, over and across a parcel of land
described as follows

T 7 N, R 6 9 W, of the 6th P M , City of Fort Collins, County of
