Council regarding problems and policie, relating to the nandicappcd,
and
WHEPEAS, Or dina,ice No 166, 1S81 , which created the Commission on
Disability, deterin,ned that the Commission vould b:- composed of a mem)er-
ship of 11 persons to be aopo, r,ted by the City Council with terns of
four years, and WILh the i-ti' lal apoointtn-ants +o be made to achieve over-
lappinq tenure, and
WHEREAS, the C ,ty Coined (',sires to make appointments to fill the
positions on the newly created Co ssion on Di� 3bility
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED P THC COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 17ORT
