OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REVISING THE TERMS OF TWO MEMBFRS OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHFREZIS , Section 29-4-105 (3) (b) of the Colorado Revised
Statutes provides for the appointment of Housinq Authority
members to five year terms and
17HFREAS , inadvertently Commissioners Doug Parker and
Ray Hale were appointed to four year instead of five year terms ,
and
WHEREAS , Commissioners Parker and Hale are not opposed to
serving the additional term required with their appointments
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINq that the terms of Commissioners Parker and Hale
be, and they hereby are , amended as follows

Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
