OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO ALTERNATE
MEMBERS TO THE WATER BOARD
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Article IX of the Charter of the City of
Fort Collins provides that the Water Board shall consist of a membership
not to exceed ten, and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to appoint two alternate members to
said Board to establish a trained source of individuals for permanent
appointment to the Board when vacancies occur
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby created an alternate membership to the Water
Board consisting of two (2) alternate members who shall be appointed by the
City Council to serve for a period of two (2) years
Passed and adopted at a regular eting of the Council of the City
