OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS TERMINATING PROCEEDINGS
FOR STOP21 SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 416
WHFREAS, on November 7 , 1974 , the Council of the City of
Fort Collins adopted on second reading Ordinance No 56 1974 ,
being an ordinance creating and establishing Storm Sewer
Improvement District No 16 and nroviding for the construction
of improvements therein, and
WEFREAS, to date there has been no construction within
this district and the cost estimates are now inaccurate and
outdated, and
WriEREAS, no construction is anticipated or desired in this
district in the near future and it is therefor necessary and
desirable that Storm Sewer Improvement District No 16 be
terminated, and
WrIEREAS, Section 16-5 C of Chapter 16 of the Code of the
City of Fort Collins, said Chapter relating to local public
imi ovements, specifies that the Council may at any time
determine by resolution that the acquisition of a proposed
improvement is not feasible or desirable and that any such
resolution shall terminate the proceedings
NOW, THEREFORF, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TTiE CITY
Or FORT COLLINS that the proceedings for Storm Sewer Improvement
District "To 16 be, and the same hereby are, terminated
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
the City of Fort Collins held this 5th day of July, 1980
