OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXTEND REPAY AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, in 1970 Bartran Homes, Inc entered into two agreements with
the City of Fort Collins for repayment of a portion of the cost of instal-
lation of the following, to-wit one 10-inch sanitary sewer main, one
12-inch sanitary sewer line running across the former Aranci property now
owned by the City, and
WHEREAS, unless extended as permitted by Section 112-72 (G) of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins, such agreements shall expire this year,
and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that the agreements be extended and remain in
force so as to allow repayment to Bartran Homes, Inc
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to extend
the repay agreements entered into in 1970 between Bartran Homes, Inc and
the City of Fort Collins for a period of time not to exceed ten (10)
years
