OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JOHN H HUISJEN
AS CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, on December 1 , 1981 , Lucia A Liley resigned from the posi-
tion of City Attorney, and
WHEREAS , upon completion of the interview process, City Council
selected John H Huisien as City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, on December 11 , 1981 , John H Huisjen signed an employment
contract with the City of Fort Collins accepting employment as City
Attorney of Fort Collins
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that John H Huisjen be, and he hereby is, appointed City Attorney
for the City of Fort Collins, said appointment to be effective February 1,
1982, the terms and conditions of said appointment as enumerated in Employ-
ment Contract heretofore agreed upon and executed by and between the City
of Fort Collins and John H Huisjen
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 5th day of January, A D 1982
