OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RE-APPOINTING DONALD J WEINLAND AS ASSISTANT
MUNICIPAL JUDGE
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that
it is necessary to provide an Assistant Municipal Judge, and
WHEREAS, Donald J Weinland has, during 1981, served as Municipal
Judge in the absence of Municipal Judge John Tobin, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins wishes to re-appoint
Donald J Weinland as Assistant Municipal Judge
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Donald J Weinland be, and he hereby is, appointed Assistant
Municipal Judge to serve for a term to begin January 5, 1982, and ending
July 1, 1983
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 5th day of January, 1982
