OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE
POUDRE FIRE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, an intergovernmental agreement entered into on December 22,
1981 between the City of Fort Collins and the Poudre Valley Fire Protection
District provided for the establishment of a governing board to administer
the Poudre Fire Authority, and
WHEREAS, said governing board is comprised of two members appointed by
the City and two members appointed by the District , with a fifth member to
be appointed by these four members, and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to appoint two representatives to said
governing board of the Poudre Fire Authority
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons be, and hereby are, appointed as
regular members of the governing board of the Poudre Fire Authority

William Elliott
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 19th day of January, A D 1982
