OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPOINTING REPRESENTATIVES TO THE
TASK FORCE FOR THE EVALUATION PROCESS
IN THE CHOICE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has considered the
implementation of the CHOICE (Community Held Options for Intelligent
Choices in Energy) program, which has been designed for the evaluation and
determination of energy needs and opportunities in the community and to
implement activities to realize these opportunities and fulfill these
needs, and
WHEREAS , the Council wishes to direct the implementation of the
evaluation phase of the CHOICE program, and
WHEREAS, the Council also wishes to appoint Council representatives to
a Task Force to participate in the evaluation process in the CHOICE program
for the purpose of helping to shape the development of this potentially
significant City activity through representation of the perspective of the
citizenry as a whole
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That the following named Councilmembers shall be appointed
to serve on such Task Force
Gary Cassell
Gerry Horak
Peggy Reeves
Section 2 That the terms of appointment for these representatives
shall be for the duration of the evaluation phase of the CHOICE Program
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council held the 19th
day of January, A D 1982
