RESOLUTION 82-19
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
EXPRESSING THE INTENT AND AGREEMENT OF THE CITY
TO PROVIDE SANITARY SEWER UTILITY SERVICE TO
THE AREA LYING WITHIN BOTH THE BOUNDARIES OF T
CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND THE SOUTH FORT COLL S
SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins operates for s citizens a sanitary
sewer utility system providing sanitary sewer ervices to properties
within the City, and
WHEREAS, the boundaries of the City ha v expanded in the past and
will continue to expand in the future beca se of the annexation of new
territory to the City which is being dev oped for urban purposes, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins as expanded its sanitary sewer
utility system in all areas which are a exed to the City and will continue
to expand its utility system so as o provide service to all property
incorporated within the City limits, nd
WHEREAS , the City has anne ed certain real properties which are
also within the boundaries of t South Fort Collins Sanitation District
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R OLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Counc hereby expresses its intent and agreement
that the City provide, wit n one year of any exclusion order that may be
entered by the District C urt in and for the County of Larimer respecting
the subject property of is Resolution, sanitary sewer utility service to
that area lying both w thin the City limits and within the boundaries of
the South Fort Colli s Sanitation District , as presently described in
attached Exhibit A
