OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS TERMINATING PROCEEDINGS
FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #59
WHEREAS, on July 5, 1977, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
adopted on second reading Ordinance No 469 1977, being an ordinance
creating and organizing Sanitary Sewer Improvement District No 59, and
providing for the construction of improvements therein, and
WHEREAS, the amount to be collected is nominal compared to the overall
sewer system budget, and
WHEREAS, it would be inappropriate to levy assessments pertaining to
the project due to the passage of a substantial period of time and diffi-
culties in determining the appropriate assessments to be made, and
WHEREAS, it is now appropriate that the Council , by resolution,
terminate the proceedings
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the proceedings for Sanitary Sewer Improvement District No 59
be, and the same hereby are, terminated
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 7th day of October, , 1980
