OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS AND RULES
OF PROCEDURE FOR THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has prepared and approved
amendments to its by-laws and rules of procedure, and
WHEREAS, said amendments incorporate present procedures of the Plan-
ning and Zoning Board, and
WHEREAS , said amendments shall limit the terms of office of the
officers to no more than two consecutive terms in the same office, and
WHEREAS, said amendments provide an orientation program for new
Planning and Zoning Board members, and
WHEREAS, the Council has received such amendments and desires to
approve the same
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the amendments to the by-laws and rules of procedure for the
City of Fort Collins ' Planning and Zoning Board presented to Council be,
and the same hereby are, accepted and approved
