OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH LARIMER
COUNTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING LIBRARY
BOOKMOBILE SERVICE TO THE RESIDENTS OF
LARIMER COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City has provided library bookmobile services to the
residents of Laiimer County by virtue of previous agreements with the
County, and
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the Council of the City of Fort Collins, it
is appropriate for the City to enter into an intergovernmental agreement
with Larimer County in order that the City may continue to provide said
library bookmobile service
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the terms and conditions of the agreement attached hereto be,
and the same hereby are, accepted and approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he hereby is,
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 16th day of Dec mb r , 1980
