OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REDUCING THE PARKING COMMISSION TO SEVEN
MEMBERS
WHEREAS, on December 4, 1979, the City Council increased the member-
ship of the City of Fort Collins Parking Commission to nine (9) members,
two members being appointed through the recommendation of the County
Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Larimer County have expressed a desire
to have the Larimer County representation on the Parking Commission be
changed to ex-officio membership, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Larimer County have recommended that the
ex-officio membership be limited to one (1) person
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That the membership of the Fort Collins Parking Commission
shall hereby be reduced to seven (7) members The seats heretofore res-
erved for persons recommended by the Larimer County Commissioners shall be
abolished
Section 2 That based upon the County Commissioners' recommendations,
one ( 1) person shall be appointed as ex-officio non-voting advisory member
of the Fort Collins Parking Commission and such member shall remain in said
position until removed by the Larimer County Commissioners
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 16th day of Dece er , 1980
