OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
SETTING FORTH FINDINGS OF FACTS AND CONCLUSIONS
REGARDING THE FAIRWAY ESTATES BUSINESS ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, annexation proceedings were heretofore initiated for lands to
be known as the Fairway Estates Business Annexation, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution after Notice given as required by law,
the City Council has held a Hearing on said Annexation
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That the City Council hereby finds that not less than
one-sixth (1/6th) of the perimeter of the area to be annexed is contiguous
with the City of Fort Collins and a community of interest exists between
the territory to be annexed and the City of Fort Colins
Section 2 The City Council further finds and determines that the
proposed annexation complies with the provisions of Section 31-12-105,
C R S 1973, as amended
Section 3 That the City Council concludes that the territory em-
braced in the Fairway Estates Business Annexation is eligible for annexa-
tion to the City of Fort Collins and should be so annexed
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
