OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROV NG A REVISED EMPLOYEE PAY PLAN FOR
THE CITY
WHEREAS heretofore by resolution the City Council approved a
manual of class specifications and compensation plan for the municipal
service of the City of Fcrt Collins and
WHEREAS the Admgnistration has reviewed the City s compensation
plan and has proposed recisions to such plan to be effective January 1
1976 and
WHEREAS such plan has been submitted by the City Manager and
recommended by him to tho City Council and
WHEREAS the City Council has considered the same and desires
to approve the revised pay plan
NOW THEREFORE ICE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that the em;'loyee pay plan submitted to the City Council
by the City Manager a c`Ipy of which is attached hereto be and the same
hereby is approved effective January 1, 1976
Passed and adopted at a special meeting of the City Council held
this 25th day of NovembeN A D 1975
