OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO
THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Planning and Zoning Board of the City due
to the expiration of Ruth Rollins' term; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fill the vacancy which exists on the Planning and
Zoning Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named person is hereby appointed as a member of the Planning and
Zoning Board hereinafter indicated, with a term to begin January 1, 2010 and to expire as set forth
after the name:
Planning and Zoning Board Expiration of Term
John Hatfield December 31, 2013
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 15th day of December,
A.D. 2009.
