OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
AIR QUALITY ADVISORY BOARD
AND THE COMMISSION ON DISABILITY
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Air Quality Advisory Board due to the
resignation of Shane Armstrong; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Commission on Disability due to the
resignation of Joan Cook; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make appointments to fill the vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons are hereby appointed to fill current vacancies on the
boards, commissions,and authorities hereinafter indicated,with terms to begin immediately and to
expire as set forth after each name:
Air Quality Advisory Board Expiration of Term
Katrina Winbom December 31, 2009
Commission on Disability Expiration of Term
Lydia Wiatrowski December 31, 2010
