OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING BOARD AND COMMISSION LIAISON APPOINTMENTS
TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING BOARD AND
THE ART IN PUBLIC PLACES BOARD
WHEREAS, the City Council appoints Councilmembers to serve as liaisons to the City's
boards and commissions; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 2002-074 named Councilmember David Roy as Liaison to the
Affordable Housing Board; and
WHEREAS,Resolution 2002-074 named Councilmember Marty Tharp as Liaison to the Art
in Public Places Board; and
WHEREAS, Councilmembers Roy and Tharp have expressed a desire to trade Liaison
assignments to the Affordable Housing Board and the Art in Public Places Board.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FORT COLLINS,
that:
Section 1. Councilmember David Roy is hereby appointed to serve as the liaison to the
Art in Public Places Board.
Section 2. Councilmember Marty Tharp is hereby appointed to serve as the liaison to
the Affordable Housing Board.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 4th day of February,
A.D. 2003.
