OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO
THE ELECTRIC BOARD
WHEREAS,a vacancy exists on the Electric Board due to the resignation of Guy Helme;and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to fill said vacancy.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named person be,and hereby is,appointed as a member of the Electric
Board with a term to begin immediately and to expire as set forth after the name:

Lisa Skolds December 31, 2003
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 20th day of August,
