OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
CHANGING CDBG HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM
POLICY GUIDELINES FOR FY 1983-84
WHEREAS the present policy of the City of Fort Col ns Community
Development Block Grant Housing Rehabilitation Program is focus grant/
loan eligibility on owner-occupied units, and
WHEREAS, the said policy has established a grant/ oan limitation of
Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000), and
WHEREAS, it is desire of the Council of the Ci of Fort Collins that
grant/loan eligibility be expanded to include n -owner-occupied units,
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council f the City of Fort Collins
to increase the maximum grant/loan amount f om Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000) to Sixteen Thousand Dollars (E16,0 ) in order to accommodate the
installation of copper water service l i n from the street to the unit
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that
1 The concentration on owne occupied dwelling units be expanded to
include non-owner-occupi units
2 The maximum amount of a grant/loan will be increased from $15,000
to $16,000
Passed and adopted t a regular meeting of the City Council held
