OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
PERTAINING TO A DOWNTOWN PARKING STUDY
WHEREAS, the Downtown Development Authority has entered into an
agreement with Parsons Brinkerhoff for the purpose of undertaking a
parking study within the downtown area, which study shall provide long-
range solutions to the parking program, including an analysis of the
existing parking program, use of existing spaces, current methods of
financing, and operational procedures, and
WHEREAS, the Downtown Development Authority has made a presentation to
the City Council concerning the proposed project, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins does hereby desire to
express its approval of the said project
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Council does hereby approve the Downtown Parking
Study to be conducted by Parsons Brinkerhoff on behalf of the Downtown
Development Authority as an appropriate and acceptable project as comtem-
plated in accordance with the Plan of Development as referenced in the Bond
Anticipation Note Ordinance known as Ordinance No 53, 1983
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
7th day of June, A D 1983
