Home My WebLink About1983-108-06/21/1983-REAPPOINTING JOHN J TOBIN AS MUNICIPAL JUDGE r RESOLUTION 83- 108 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS REAPPOINTING JOHN J TOBIN AS MUNICIPAL JUDGE WHEREAS, Article XIV of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins requires that the City Council appoint a Municipal Judge for a two-year term, and WHEREAS, John J Tobin' s current term of service as Municipal Court Judge will expire on June 30, 1983, and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reappoint John J Tobin as Municipal Judge for an additional two-year term NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that John J Tobin be, and he hereby is, appointed as Municipal Court Judge for the City of Fort Collins for a two-year term commencing July 1, 1983 and ending June 30, 1985 Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 21st day of June, A D 1983 a ATTEST tty C erc
